It's Scholarship time ~ 2025!

We are excited to announce the 2025 Mary DeBonis Scholarship Award!  This year we are offering a $750.00 scholarship to a deserving female high school senior of Italian descent.  At TRIAWC, we celebrate our Italian heritage by supporting young women in their educational pursuits, just as Mary DeBonis envisioned when she founded this award.  Join us in honoring her legacy and encouraging the next generation to embrace and share our beautiful traditions. 

 

Eligibility

• Candidate must be a female high school senior of Italian descent.

• She must be planning to pursue studies at a two or four year college or university.

• She must be known to have excellent character.

• She must have a solid academic record.

• She must attend the Scholarship Award Dinner on May 6, 2025, along with her mother or guardian.  Recipient must be present to receive her award. 

 

Submission Requirements

• Application -This application must be completed by the candidate and submitted by April 1, 2025 via email to:  triawc.scholarship@gmail.com.  This includes a short answer questionnaire and an essay.   

• Transcript - School transcript must be provided by the school to:  triawc.scholarship@gmail.com.

Deadline

The deadline for submitting all required documents via email is April 1, 2025.  If you have any questions, please email triawc.scholarship@gmail.com.  Recipient MUST attend the scholarship dinner on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 6 pm to receive her scholarship.
